Perfect for cold brew, Nicaragua Jinotega is a traditional Strictly High Grown coffee. This coffee is great for blends or as a substitute for a Guatemalan coffee because of its body and rich, dark chocolate characteristics. This lot was sourced from small producers. All participating producers wet milled and fermented their coffee at their own farms. The coffee was then dry milled in a central location to guarantee uniformity.
